As Of Late .

things have been looking up for me since i got back to NY in December .

a lot of people wonder why i took a big break like that during the end of 2010 ; and i feel like now is the time to tell . My Great-Grandmother was falling ill, and i felt like it was duty to return to Miami to see & take care of her for the moment i had. she's doing better now. On top of going to see her, i overall needed a break from NY; things were just getting TOO stressful. School. Music. Production. Senior Stuff. and not to leaver out the constant bothers of people in High School & people period . if i didn't leave at the time i did ; something would have happened to me, i'm sure. for a moment while i was down there, i thought i was gonna give up Music; idk, I guess all musicians go through a period in which they feel as if no one is listening or supporting. it took the break to realize i was wrong. so, obviously, the people who support me brought me back to what youu see now, even better. i love all my supporters man.

Surprisingly, i only recorded 1 song while i was in Miami, & it didn't make Almost There ...

Speaking on Almost There, i haven't heard a bad response about it yet , so it's safe to say that i have created a really good body of work within the year that i worked on it . what i leaked out to the public was actually the Rough Cut. the FINALIZED version of AT will be available sometime in March (Hard Copies). Information on how to get will be available soon.

it was a fun process working on Almost There; and i'd like to thank everyone who had to go through my mixing and vocal process, lol . it's crazy how i have like 8 or 9 different versions of tracks on the tape & to me, they're still not now. haha .

well anyways, imma get back to straightening up my apartment. Probably gonna' do a "As Of Late" Part 2 Blog sometime this week . it's always cool to catch people up w/ what youu're doing at times .
