Rihanna Sued Over Parking War?

Rihanna is reportedly being taken to court over a parking war she's having with her California neighbor.

UCLA design and media art scholar Christian Moeller, who lives next door to Rihanna's rented Los Angeles abode, says the singer fails to exercise neightborly courtesy by allowing her visitors to park on his lawn.

He has filed a lawsuit against the singer with claims of trespassing in connection with the peculiar parking arrangement, says TMZ.

At press time Rihanna had yet to issue any comment on her neighbor's suit, however, she is scheduled to appear in court over another matter.

As previously reported by Yo! Raps, the District Attorney ordered the singer's presence at Chris Brown's preliminary hearing for assault charges later this month.

They are both scheduled to appear in court on June 22.
