Dr. Dre Confirms Detox Appearances From 50 Cent And The Game

Producer Dr. Dre has confirmed that rivals 50 Cent and Game will make cameo appearances on his often delayed album Detox.
Dre made the revelation during a press conference for his Beats by Dre headphone line at Best Buy’s Union Square location in New York on Thursday (November 19).
A reporter for RapRadar.com queried the producer on the feud between the two artists, who are affiliated with his Aftermath imprint.
“Everything is good. Both guys are gonna be on my record,” Dr. Dre revealed. “And you know, I’m just trying to put it back where it’s supposed to be, all love.”
When asked about the release date of Detox, Dr. Dre could offer no solid date.
“The minute it’s done and it feels right to me, that’s when it’ll come out. Hopefully in the beginning of the year,” Dre said.
Dre’s headphone line is a partnership with Interscope and Monster Cable and Best Buy.
Best Buy will set up custom “Club Beat” areas in 300 stores to sell the Beats by Dr. Dre headphones in addition to DJ equipment, mixers, turntables, laptops and other gear.
While the Game and 50 cent may make cameo appearances on Detox, the cold war of words between the two rappers rages on.
In a recent interview with MTV.com, 50 Cent proclaimed that he would never work with Game under any circumstances.
“I wouldn't do it,” 50 Cent told MTV.com. “I'd be on a record, on a song, on the [Detox] album, but not on that record [with Game].”
The Game replied to 50’s comments in an interview with Complex Magazine. Although he had unflattering words for his rival, Game said he would consider working with 50 Cent in the future.
“I mean, I don’t know what 50’s problem is but I’m here,” Game told Complex.com. “Whenever he wants to call me on the phone and talk about it, squash it or we can keep on going with this f**king child like antics. He can do it, I can do it and we can do it ’til we f**kin’ die, it makes me no difference, man.”

DMX Being Sued For $1 Million Dollars By Promoters For Backing Out Of Boxing Match
DMX may have wanted to fix his fight to avoid an ass-beating, but now he's really cruisin' for a bruisin' -- legally -- because the promoters that hired X are suing him for chickening out last minute.According to docs filed Friday in Birmingham, Alabama -- Thunder Productions wants $1,000,000 from the rapper, claiming he's a fraud and led them on ... because as soon as they refused to fix his fight, he backed out.
The company says DMX's jitters really put them under the wire and cost them a ton of moolah because they had to switch gears late in the game and find a celebrity replacement.
But if you want our opinion -- DMX isn't half the man who's fighting in his place on December 12 ... because that man is Coolio!!!

Explosives Found In Front Of T.I.'s Grand Hustle Offices
Police in Atlanta, Georgia are investigating the Grand Hustle offices owned by rapper T.I., after two Molotov Cocktails were found in front of the building that houses the label.
A SWAT team was called to the scene to remove the two explosives devices , while ATF agents are interviewing witnesses in an attempt to identify a suspect.
Investigators are currently testing the Molotov Cocktails to determine what liquids were in the two bottles.
"One of the occupants came out early this morning to start his car up and noticed two suspicious bottles sitting on the front portion of the walkway," Officer Otis Redmond told MyFox Atlanta 5.
T.I., born Clifford Harris Jr., is currently finishing a year-long prison sentence in an Arkansas federal prison for attempting to purchase machine guns and silencers in October of 2008.

Jay-Z Captures His First #1 Hit On Billboard Hot 100...Applaud Him

Jay-Z will earn his fourth Hot 100 No. 1, but his first as a lead or co-billed performer, as his collaboration with Alicia Keys, "Empire State of Mind," will top the chart to be released tomorrow.
The legendary rapper's prior chart-topping entries came as a featured vocalist on Mariah Carey's "Heartbreaker" (1999), his now-wife's "Crazy In Love" (2003) and Rihanna's "Umbrella" (2007). "Empire" is also Keys' fourth overall No. 1, as she previously scaled the list with her debut single "Fallin'" (2001), her duet with Usher, "My Boo," (2004) and "No One" (2007).
"Empire" takes Hot 100 Airplay Gainer honors as it rises 6-1 on the Radio Songs chart (up 15 million listener impressions to 109.5 million), the largest climb to No. 1 on that chart since Kanye West's "Stronger" jumped 7-1 on the chart dated Oct. 6, 2007.
Also noteworthy in the Hot 100 top 10 is the 22-5 jump of Lady Antebellum's "Need You Know." The act, which won Vocal Group of the Year and Single of the Year (for "I Run To You") on ABC's "Country Music Awards" Nov. 11, performed "Need" on the highly rated broadcast. As a result, digital downloads soared 162% to 157,000, the highest one-week sum for a song by a country group since Nielsen SoundScan began tracking digital sales in 2003. Among all country acts, only Taylor Swift has moved more downloads for a track in a single week
Maino And Littles Honor Mike Beck With Benefit Concert

On October 30, rapper and K.A.R. member Mike Beck was tragically shot and killed in Brooklyn during a robbery attempt
As a Brooklyn native, Maino was heavily impacted by the alarming news and has decided, along with music executive Littles, to honor the fallen Beck with a unity concert titled “Self Destruction."
Taking place on Monday, November 23 at the Imperial Nightclub in New York at 9, the concert's overall purpose is to serve as an outlet to raise funds for Beck's 10-year-old son's college fund.
Rappers such as Saigon, Hell Rell, Uncle Murda, Grafh and Cadillach Tah will also be there to show their support as reports have stated that they will perform at the event.
In terms of who will host, the driver's seat will be handled by Hot 97's DJ Kay Slay and K. Foxx, along with Fust TV radio personality Dee Vazquez.
Along with the performances, there will also be a number of speakers prior to the acts that will voice their opinion while they address the violence that continues to take victims from the community.
During a dicussion with MTV, Maino spoke on his past relationship with Beck.
“Mick Beck was a good friend of mine outside of music. It's sad because it's hard making the transition from the streets to the music industry, so this could have been me five years ago when I didn't have a deal. When I was coming up, I fought the same demons trying to convert from one lifestyle, which was my street upbringing, to the next, that being entertainment…living right and steering clear of the streets, roadblocks and downfalls.”
“I felt doing this show was the least I could do for a friend. I'm raising money to send his 10-year-old son to college. What's the point in me making it out of the same web he was fatally trapped in if I can't give back? This is what real people are supposed to do: give back.”
It is always a good look to know that rappers are more than just entertainers and that they maintain true relationships outside of the industry. Maybe by leading the example, the unity of rappers will finally find a way to steer the youth in a more positive direction and end the chaos.

Now That's Fierce...Beyonce Leaps Into London Audience And Crowd Surfs!

Beyonce pulled off one of the most surprising and coolest things I've ever seen a performer of her stature do. Sasha Fierce leapt into what had to be a shocked audience at London's O2 Arena and crowd surfed like a pro(Monday November 16th). I've seen a lot of male performers do this and also one female (Courtney Love of Hole) but never a superstar like Beyonce. This didn't looked like it was rehearsed. I'm sure her management team almost had a heart attack watching this happen, lol.

HULK HOGAN gets F*cked UP!

According to Bossip.com, during a press conference in Australia on Tuesday, Hulk Hogan was met by his wrestling rival Rick Flair and it got pretty ugly. Flip the hood for the details.
Apparently, when Rick Flair showed up, the brawl began. Rick threw a table off of the stage and into the attending press, and he attacked the photographers. While this smells like a wrestling stunt to us, the media was shocked when Hulk’s head began to bleed, and he was unable to get to his feet!

"Food for Thought: Conversations with 50 Cent" premieres Thursday November 19 at 7:30 PM on BET [50 Cent Claims King of New York, Says Jay-Z’s "Beyonc
50 Cent doesn’t make empty boasts. When the Queens rapper proclaimed, “I Run New York” on “I Get Money off his third LP, "Curtis," he meant it wholeheartedly.
Still, the general consensus is that Jay-Z rules the big apple. But, to let 50 tell it, there’s only one king and he’s not from Marcy. During an upcoming episode of "Food for Thought: Conversations with 50 Cent,” the media assassin, Harry Allen simply asked, “Why is Jay-Z widely considered king of New York, and not you?”
“There's not another artist in New York City that generates more interest than 50 Cent,” Fif told Allen. “If we go international, Jay-Z is Beyoncé's husband. He became more popular and relevant based on the work that Matthew [Knowles] made Beyoncé do.”
In addition to Allen, the episode also features Hot 97 radio personality Angie Martinez and sports journalist Stephen A. Smith holding conversations with Fif on a wide range of topics, including his epic SoundScan showdown with Kanye West, what he learned in his relationship with Vivica A. Fox, his new CD, "Before I Self Destruct" and his income drop according to Forbes Magazine. Serving as interviewers, Allen, Martinez and Smith also held conversations with Jay-Z for the series’ premiere back in September.
In related news, 50 is set to co-host 106 & Park with Rocsi for a three-day run starting this Thursday (November 19). He'll then return the following Monday (November 23) and Tuesday (November 24).

Religious Beauty Queen Carrie Prejean Can't Seem To Keep Her Hands Off Herself As Not 1, But 8 Sex Tapes Have Emerged! Vivid Offers To Make Her A Porn
From Miss California USA ... to porn star? A major porn company wants to be in the Carrie Prejean business
Videos After The Jump
NY Daily News Reports
Carrie Prejean's pageant tiara may be thoroughly tarnished, but one media company still wants to make her a star - a porn star.
Vivid Entertainment, a giant in the world of porn production, has received a copy of Prejean's solo sex tape and is eager to release it to the public, TMZ.com reports.
The company says it received the tape legally, but would prefer Prejean's go-ahead before distributing it, according to TMZ.
It doesn't seem likely the former Miss California USA would approve such a venture, but with new reports claiming seven other sex tapes of Prejean have surfaced, the risk of a tape getting leaked has multiplied.
RadarOnline.com reported the discovery of the new tapes Friday, along with 30 more nude photos. The videos and images are said to all be solo performances like the first tape.
The exploding sex tape scandal surrounding Prejean began when a lawyer for Miss California USA pageant officials, whom Prejean had sued alleging religious discrimination, produced a copy of the hard core sex tape during settlement negotiations.
After being shown the video, Prejean promptly dropped her $1M demands and bolted from the table empty-handed.
She later owned up to making the salacious home movie as a teen, calling it "the biggest mistake of my life."
Manny Pacquiao Stops Miguel Cotto In 12th round, Sets Up Potential Fight Of The Decade Against Floyd Mayweather Jr

Sporting News Reports
LAS VEGAS — Manny Pacquiao's speed and power were way too much for Miguel Cotto's heart.
Pacquiao put on yet another dominating performance Saturday night, knocking down Cotto twice and turning his face into a bloody mess before finally stopping him at 55 seconds of the 12th round.
The Filipino star used his blazing speed and power from both hands to win his seventh title in seven weight classes and cement his stature as the best pound-for-pound fighter in the world. Cotto took such a beating that his face was a river of red from the fury of Pacquiao's punches, but he refused to quit even as his corner tried to throw in the towel after the 11th round.
"I didn't know from where the punches were coming," Cotto said.
The fight was billed as a 145-pound classic, and in the early rounds it didn't disappoint. The two went after each other with a vengeance and Cotto more than held his own as they traded punches in the center of the ring before a roaring sellout crowd at the MGM Grand arena.
Pacquiao dropped Cotto with a right hand early in the third round, but he wasn't badly hurt and came back to finish the round strong. But after Pacquiao put Cotto on the canvas with a big left hand late in the fourth round, the Puerto Rican was never the same again.
"Our plan was not to hurry, but to take our time," Pacquiao said. "It was a hard fight tonight and I needed time to test his power."
Cotto's face was marked early and he was bleeding midway through the fight as Pacquiao kept bouncing around and throwing punches in his unorthodox southpaw style. He tried to keep taking the fight to Pacquiao, but by then his punches had lost their sting and his only real chance was to land a big punch from nowhere.
"He hit harder than we expected and he was a lot stronger than we expected," Cotto's trainer, Joe Santiago, said.
Cotto fought gamely, but in the later rounds he was just trying to survive as blood flowed down his face and Pacquiao came after him relentlessly. Santiago tried to stop the fight after the 11th round, but Cotto went back out to take even more punishment before a final flurry along the ropes prompted referee Kenny Bayless to end it.
Cotto's wife and child, who were at ringside, left after the ninth round, unable to watch the beating any longer. They later accompanied him to a local hospital for a post-fight examination.
"My health comes first. I just want to make sure I'm fine, but I feel great. I'm swollen but that's all," Cotto said.
His face swollen, Cotto was bleeding from his nose and his cuts, and he simply couldn't stop Pacquiao from bouncing inside and throwing both hands at will.
"Manny Pacquiao is one of the best boxers I ever fought," Cotto said.
Pacquiao, coming off of spectacular wins over Oscar De La Hoya and Ricky Hatton, added another one against Cotto, who had lost only once and held the WBO version of the welterweight title.
Pacquiao did it in his trademark way, throwing punches in flurries and from all angles until Cotto began to slow down. Then he pursued him nonstop until the end.
The fight likely will set up an even bigger one against Floyd Mayweather Jr., and many in crowd were already chanting, "We want Floyd! We want Floyd."
"I want to see him fight Mayweather," trainer Freddie Roach said.
Mayweather may have second thoughts after Pacquiao did what no fighter has done before — win a belt in a seventh weight class. More impressive, though, is how he has fought, dismantling opponents despite moving up consistently from 106 pounds to the 144 he weighed for the fight.
The welterweight ranks will be the last ones Pacquiao conquers, though.
"This is the last weight division for me," Pacquiao said. "It's history for me and more importantly a Filipino did it."
He was so dominant in the later rounds that Cotto was fighting backward most of the way, simply trying to survive. Pacquiao was credited with landing almost twice as many punches — 336-172 — as Cotto.
"I knew when Cotto started backing up, the fight was over," Roach said.
Pacquiao earned a minimum $13 million, while Cotto got $7 million.
Pacquiao was favored, largely off his last two performances in which he forced De La Hoya to quit on his stool and then knocked out Hatton with a huge left hook in the second round. Some in boxing, including Roach, thought Cotto had been slowed by his devastating loss last year to Antonio Margarito and would be further slowed by having to come in 2 pounds lower than his normal weight.
That wasn't the case early in the fight, with Cotto winning the first round and fighting well. Once he was knocked down by a big left hand late in the fourth round, though, he slowed noticeably.

Tiny Confirms Upcoming Marriage To T.I

Yo Raps: Several years and a few kids later, Tameka "Tiny" Cottle and incarcerated rapper T.I. are set to tie the knot, says the former Xscape singer.
In an interview with XXL Mag, Tiny spoke candidly about the couple's upcoming nuptials, saying they could be jumping the broom within the next few months.
"Sometime [next] year, but we can't really give a date yet because we have to find out exactly when Tip is coming home," Tiny revealed. "We'll have to just plan around that, but I envision a fairy tale wedding. [As far as music together,] well, we did one song and we just never really got back in the studio, but I can't say that you won't hear anything in the future. I don't want to give it out yet, I want to hold it to make sure we go in that direction. We have several things that we're talking about doing together, so we'll see how that works out."
Rumors of wedding bells have clouded this hip hop couple since it was announced that T.I. would be spending a year and a day in jail in connection with gun charges.
Tiny also recently gave fans an update on her husband-to-be's condition behind bars.
"I talk to him about a little of everything, just things going on," she told Allhiphop. "He hears things and we talk about it. He wants me to stay out the way, me being out of harm's way. I know it's a lot of crazy things going on so I try to stay in as much as possible because I don't have him here. So I come out only when it's necessary. I stay out the way...He's doing good. He's passing the time by working out and just doing things they do inside, you know," she stated. He's playing handball and things like that. I go see him every Sunday, sometimes on Mondays. We talk everyday. He gets emails, working out and doing things like that so he's busy in there. He has a full schedule."
Mariah Carey Still Ready To Rumble With Eminem. Likens Him To A Rejected Boy On David Letterman Show [Video Inside]
Video After The JumpAllHipHop Reports
Mariah Carey likened Eminem to a boy rejected in a recent interview with late night host David Letterman.
"He continuously references me. I don't know why so I wrote a song that's really an anthem for all like little girls or kids that get their pony tails pulled and get abused," Carey said on Late Show With David Letterman last night (November 13). "Because the boy is really in love with them and they can't be with them."
The singer was clearly noncommittal when asked if the song, "Obsessed," was about the rap star.
"The song is not about anybody and yet it could be about anybody. You know? You never know," she said.
Her husband Nick Cannon was taped backstage with a wide smile after her appearance.
The feud between Eminem and Carey has been ongoing.
Earlier this year, Eminem wrote a song called "The Warning," which he alleged he had nude pictures of Carey.
Eminem raps, "You probably think if I had something on you I woulda did it by now, on the contrary, Mary Poppins, I'm mixing our studio session down and sending it off to mastering to make it loud, enough dirt on you to murder you, this is what the f--k I do...Mariah, it ever occur to you that I still have pictures?"
Eminem and Mariah Carey were reportedly in a relationship in 2001.

Mase To Release Five Mixtapes In One Day
HipHopWired ReportsWe all knew it was coming, but who would expect it from the old shiny suit man himself?
Mase is the latest “rapper” to hop on the mixtape saturation bandwagon. Mase is taking things a few steps further however, five steps to be exact, and he is releasing five mixtapes in one day. That's right, five. Mase made the announcement on his @IAmMase Twitter page. He announced the upcoming projects saying,
“The tape is being dropped internationally and nationally next Friday I DO THE IMPOSSIBLE.”
He also added that five DJs from around the globe would play host to the mixtapes saying,
“The tape will be hosted by five DJs---one in London, one in Canada, one in China, Korea and the U.S.”
So now I'm confused. Is it five versions of the same mixtape? Or five different ones altogether?
Guess we'll have to wait till the 20th to find out. I can't wait. SMH.
Here's one of the covers for Mase's I Do The Impossible:
Mexican Drug Cartel Leader Makes Forbes' Most Powerful People In The World List
Mexico City, Mexico (CNN) -- A reputed Mexican drug lord with a $5 million reward on his head has been named to Forbes magazine's list of the most powerful people in the world.Joaquin "El Chapo" Guzman, who authorities say heads the powerful Sinaloa Cartel, is believed to have shipped $6 billion to $19 billion in cocaine to the United States over the past eight years, Forbes says in the listing.
The magazine ranks him No. 41, ahead of Russian President Dmitry Medvedev (No. 43), Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu (46), French President Nicolas Sarkozy (56) and Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez (67). Guzman also bested U.S. Chief Justice John Roberts (49) and entertainer Oprah Winfrey (45) on the list, released Wednesday.
The designation marks the second time Forbes has named Guzman to one of its lists. Forbes classified him in March as one of the wealthiest people in the world, ranking him No. 701 with a net worth of $1 billion.
Guzman was not the first narcotrafficker named to the Forbes most-wealthy list. The magazine placed Colombian cocaine king Pablo Escobar on the list in 1989.
Guzman, known as "El Chapo" or "Shorty," is under indictment in Illinois on cocaine trafficking charges. U.S. officials have offered a $5 million reward for information leading to his capture.
He was arrested in 1993 on homicide and drug charges but escaped in 2001, reportedly by bribing prison guards to smuggle him out in a laundry truck. A Mexican federal investigation led to the arrest of more than 70 prison officials.
Forbes notes that Guzman's fortune was self-made. His age is given as 52 or 54.
The Sinaloa Cartel, named after the Mexican Pacific Coast state where the gang was formed, is one of the most powerful drug-trafficking groups in the nation.

Director Of Rihanna's Russian Roulette Video Explains His Vision For The Clip
The video for Rihanna's "Russian Roulette" is just as eerie as the song itself. In a preview that aired on German TV and stills that appeared on the fan site RihannaDaily.com, the singer is seen drowning, being shot at and imprisoned. Of course, there are scenes of her sitting at a table with a man seeing who can win the deadly game.
Director Anthony Mandler — who also helmed the singer's "Wait Your Turn" clip — said the video is the perfect embodiment of the haunting ballad.
"I think that with this song and the meaning of this song and how loaded it all is, no pun intended, how much imagery and perhaps symbolism that is loaded in this song, the only way to do it was to do something that was visually challenging," he told MTV News about the video, which premieres Friday (November 13) on "20/20."Mandler thought of the video as a metaphor for Rihanna's very public life in the gossip pages, as opposed to a direct comment on her February assault by then-boyfriend Chris Brown.
"I think you can't effect change unless you're willing to take a risk," he said. "You can't get people to pay attention and understand unless you're willing to push the limit and try new things. The song, this situation, everything is so frontloaded with so much gossip and so much media coverage and so many emotions and stories that if you don't try to do something that is poetic and layered in symbolism, then you're either running from the truth or you're being too obvious with it."
So, instead of literally telling the story of lovers in a dangerous game, Rihanna and Mandler decided to make that the subplot. "I think our objective was to run down our lane with it and to step out of the drama and the gossip," he said. "To get deeper and be more symbolic."

Bootleg Condoms in China! BEWARE!

According to bossip.com, China, the world’s fourth largest condom market is having a serious issue with counterfeit condoms being sold in the country.
The police have made four arrests at the factory which was distributing the illicit condoms. The biggest concern, of course, is the fact that the condoms can generate both pregnancy and diseases if used during intercourse. Authorities say there were bare-chested employees using vegetable oil to lubricate the condoms and putting them into fiber bags without any sterilization inside the central Hunan province based factory.
Since March, the factory has produced over two million condoms labeled as “Jisson, Durex. Rough Rider, Six Sense and Love Card.” The police are looking for as many as one million bootleg condoms which have already been distributed.

50 Cent Debuts at #1 on the iTunes Charts! & iTunes Exclusives!

Before I Self Destruct is another instant classic debuting at #1 on the iTunes charts.
The album is a great deal at $9.99 and includes 45+ minutes of exclusive iTunes content. If you were thinking about waiting to get the album until the Nov. 16 release date there is no reason now, with the low price and the great presentation of the album on iTunes. 50 made the hole album work like a DVD if you want a more interactive experience (of course you can still view it the regular way in iTunes also).
50 Cent Says People Will 'Identify With' 'Do You Think About Me' Video

Breaking up is, indeed, hard to do. 50 Cent touches on the topic of relationships on his next single, "Do You Think About Me," from the upcoming Before I Self Destruct. 50 spoke to us recently on the set of the video.
"So many people are gonna I.D. with it," Fif told us about the single, his favorite on the album. "The 55 percent of people that have been married and divorced are gonna identify with it.
"I was writing about the difference of how it felt when it was only about money once it got down to me dealing with the child-support situation," he continued. "The friendship we had was forgotten. I believe people invest in each other and it's never even when you're in a relationship -- one person is loving harder than the other. When the expectations aren't being met, they kinda resent the other party. A lot of times they don't go from being boyfriend and girlfriend or to getting engaged or being married back to being friends. They kinda gotta part ways from each other because one still has feelings and one is ready to move on."
The clip for "Do You Think About Me" continues the precedent set by his current video, "Baby By Me," and will lead into the third single from Self Destruct,"Get It Hot."
"I had to do 'Baby By Me' before I can get to 'Do You Think About Me' because the singles tell the story. From 'Do You Think About Me,' I'm going to 'Get it Hot.' "
Before I Self Destruct lands in stores November 16.

Toni Braxton Kisses Her Marriage Goodbye
Jay-Z Reveals That Having A Baby Is High Priority For Him And Beyonce

NY Daily News: Her song "Single Ladies" is an Internet hit among dancing babies and now, Beyoncé's working on a tot of her own.
That's according to get this Jay-Z, B's notoriously tight-lipped hubby, who spilled the baby beans himself.
While chatting up Gotham mag editor in chief Cristina Greeven Cuomo, the rapper let it slip that procreating is high on the duo's priority list right now.
That's big news from hip hop's sneakiest couple, who wed secretly on a Tribeca rooftop and rarely even wear their own wedding rings in public.
It's also a change in attitude for Beyoncé, who admitted on "The View" in April that while she was interested in motherhood, she was in no hurry to hit the birthing room after seeing the process upclose when her sister Solange did it.
"I definitely want one, but I'm not ready for all of that," she said then. "I don't think a person should see that before her time. It was a little much. But I'm so in love with my nephew, and every time I see him I'm like, God, he's just amazing."
But the kid-friendly 28-year-old, who's made more than 40 Make-A-Wish Foundation fulfillments, is ready to summon her inner Sasha Fierce and go for it.
And all that, um, practice must be lighting a fire for the couple, married since April 2008. Backstage Thursday at the MTV Europe Music Awards in Berlin, where both got awards, the husky rapper held his beaming wife in a big bear hug, When she got up to the podium, Beyoncé (photo l.) said, "There is only one person I want to thank, and that is Jay for putting a ring on it." And did she ever thank him with a big red lipstick smack on the neck for all to see as the two left a nearby nightclub in the wee morning hours.
All this action must be doing wonders for Brooklyn-born Jay-Z's already healthy self-esteem.
"I don't dislike anything about myself," he told Gotham. "I know this sounds a little arrogant, but I really accept what God has given me. I've got a short temper, but I work on controlling it. I can say inappropriate things because I believe them to be true and sometimes that can be hurtful to others. But I think in the long run it is more helpful."
And while Beyoncé is more than happy to collaborate with her man, even Jay gets rejected sometimes when it comes to musical partnerships.
"[Two-man band] MGMT turned me down," he admits.

Foxy Brown Disses Lil Kim On New Track "Off The Muscle"

New York rapper Foxy Brown has fired a few shots toward ex-rap rival Lil Kim on a new untitled song where she taunts the emcee's appearance on "Dancing With The Stars" and said she embarrassed their Brooklyn borough.
Click here to find out more!
The track landed online yesterday (November 3) and subliminally disses Kim.
"Y'all rap b*tches are mad rappers, n*gga, I'm a freak and need a hood n*gga to eat it a** backwards," Brown raps. "Put your money up playboy, the pink p*ssy price cost like a couple keys of that fish scale white/Catch me at Marcy at the mall, but motherf*ckers will never see me 'Dancin' With The Stars'/Never, will I embarrass my borough, I'm too thorough/Dark skin b*tches, we here now...Y'all b*tches wanna be me so bad, y'all studied my whole swag." (YouTube)
Kim was eliminated from "Dancing With The Stars" last May.
Clustered at the top of the leader board last night were Melissa Rycroft with 57, and Gilles Marini and Shawn Johnson with 56. Lil Kim, who stumbled a few times during her waltz, lingered at 52. And then there was Ty Murray, way down there with 46. The 34 year-old songstress consistently scored high through most of the season, but viewers apparently put their votes elsewhere Monday night. (New York Daily News)
Foxy recently made headlines after being accused of starring in a homemade sex tape last September.
"I predicted it: Foxy and her sextape," New York rapper Maino wrote Tuesday (September 22). "Go to youtube and type in foxybrown superhead and see tha washed up b*tch sucking d*ck. Hahaha...Listen, don't kill the messenger. I don't have nothing to do wit it. That's NOT my d*ck she's washing!!! I'm NOT the star or director of that movie people!" (Maino's Twitter)
Foxy previously reached out to make a peace calling with Kim around 2001.
"I really don't know how it started," Brown said in an interview. "But Russell [Simmons] and I, we got together, and I said, 'Russell, I want to call a truce.' "I want to have a sit-down with Kim. I don't care what it is. Let's just end it. We can even do a collaboration. We're bigger than this. If it has to start with me, let it start with me." Brown claimed that Simmons (chairman of her label, Def Jam/Def Soul) extended an olive branch to
Lil' Kim's
camp, who "weren't responsive." Calls to Lil' Kim's manager were not returned as of press time. (MTV)
